It is my honor and privilege to be the academic leader of this fantastic school.  

I have been very fortunate to have served Weslaco ISD for 28 years, as a science teacher, an athletics coordinator, a TAAKS teacher, an assistant principal and a principal.  It is an enormous duty that I embrace wholeheartedly.  I believe that every student has their unique intelligences and it is our job to discover and refine them. It is my goal to create an environment where our students feel safe, valued, respected, and loved.  A place where academics, leadership, and service is our focus. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to educate your child.
